On T.R.A.C.K

The On TRACK Program offers life-skills and creative arts programming to Union County youth. This is a strength based program designed to build each child's internal assets and foster the development of healthy life-skill. The sessions focus on developing:

All Stars addresses five topics important to preventing high-risk behaviors:

  • Goal Setting
  • Communication skills
  • Stress management/ Coping Skills
  • Managing Feelings
  • Peer Pressure
  • Decision Making
  • Leadership Skills

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

In addition to the curriculum based components, the program integrates creative arts activities as means to help each child tap into his/her unique talents. The creative component includes singing, drama & scrap booking and more. The members participate in a live performance at the end of their session. The On TRACK program is funded by the Union County Youth Service Commission and is currently being offered to various communities throughout the county.
